The Library welcomes Trick-or-Treaters during Pumpkin Palooza. Take a photo with Jasper & his Giant Carrot and make a spooky carrot for the library mural. Take a trip to the Storywalk at 1640 DeWitt Rd to read Creepy Carrots by Aaron Reynolds.
