Purpose of Meeting
This seminar is directed to the open enrollment period of Medicare Eligible members in the community. This event is registered through Center for Medicare Services (CMS) as a formal marketing event. The presenter is a licensed and appointed independent local agent who will be presenting an approved presentation detailing the Trinity Health Plan of MI products available for them to enroll in during this enrollment period. Attendees are welcome, but not required, to enroll in a plan after the conclusion of the presentation.
