Walks are about 2-3 miles on average. Walkers are invited to join us for coffee and games at the DeWitt City Hall Community Room following the walk. Learn emergency procedures, discipline techniques, diapering, age appropriate activities, pediatric CPR, rescue breathing, the Heimlich maneuver, and basic first aid skills needed while babysitting. Participants will need to bring a sack lunch and, if desired, an afternoon snack. Class fee of $40 required. Signup must be completed 48 hours prior to program date.
