The DeWitt District Library's (DDL) Woodruff Annex provides an opportunity for bringing together resources of the library and the activities of the community for educational, cultural, civic and charitable purposes. This space is not available for purely social occasions.
ABOUT THE WOODRUFF ANNEX
- This meeting room is available to any individual, group or organization with an active DDL card that is in good standing. Municipalities are not required to have an active DDL card.
- Reservations can be made a minimum of 7 days in advance of use but not more than two months prior to the scheduled use.
- The Annex may be reserved for 1 hour blocks of time.
- The room is available only during the Library's hours of operation and must be vacated 15 minutes before the Library closes.
- The room set-up will determine the maximum number of occupants.
- Reservations must be made by an adult 18 years or older and individuals younger than 18 must have an adult in the Annex Room at all times during use.
- Library staff and library programs have first priority usage of this meeting room.
