Have you ever wanted to try yoga but worried about the up and down of it all? Have you ever wanted to gain flexibility and strength while not worrying about injury? This yoga class may be just right for you! Taught by instructor Jen Cousineau, this three week-yoga series will have spaces to build strength from mat-based yoga exercises that will include seated, reclined, and limited standing poses. All are welcome to join; this class will be filled with modifications with the attention paid to the individual.
Jen Cousineau is a certified yoga instructor with years of experience and a professor in health and human performance at two local universities.
