Adults, join us for a winter yoga series with local instructor Jen Cousineau from JenCYoga. Make sure to bring a yoga mat.
This six-week series occurs on Friday afternoons from January 12 - February 16. Please register to attend all six sessions.
Additional Information
A Program & Fitness waiver is required to attend library fitness programs. Please return the completed form to the library prior to the program if you have not already done so for a previous event. You can pick up the form at the library or access a digital copy here.
