Keys to Embracing Aging is a six-week interactive program that highlights 12 keys designed to help you to grow old gracefully, successfully, and with increased longevity.

Teen Scene is a space for Middle and High School Students to hang out, talk, eat thier own snacks and watch a movie.

Story Play is designed to facilitate independent exploratory play & encourage early literacy skills. Families have an opportunity to interact at their own comfort level at 6 activity stations.

The Teen Scene is a space for Middle and High School students to hang out, talk, do a craft and eat their own snacks.

Facilitator Dottie Fuller will guide the group with use of breath and imagery into a deeper state of consciousness, promoting relaxation and somatic release. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or a blanket.
